I’m a senior operations and integrations leader with 8 years of experience driving complex projects and high-volume transactions. I directed onboarding, offboarding, and data ingestion for 16,000+ properties at an enterprise level, focusing on accuracy, continuity, and system integrity.

In my current role as a Senior Manager, I spearheaded the redesign and company-wide rollout of an Analytical & Critical Thinking leadership onboarding program. I also provided in-market leadership support across multiple markets, assessed leadership gaps, stabilized operations, and managed special projects tied to operational efficiency, resident experience improvements, and KPI growth.

Previously, as a Process Improvement Manager for Portfolio Integrations, I managed a team responsible for data ingestion, auditing, and portfolio transition workflows. I scaled the team from spreadsheet-based tracking to Asana templates, and built an enterprise workflow for externally managed data ingestion and identification in Salesforce/Yardi—supporting onboarding outcomes from 432 homes in Year 1 to 1,100+ by the end of Year 2. Across institutional investor clients and deal channels, I led end-to-end onboarding and offboarding totaling 6,000+ homes onboarded and 9,000+ homes offboarded.

Before that, I led contract-to-close workflows in real estate acquisitions and transaction operations, independently managing a high-volume acquisition pipeline and coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep deals on schedule. I’ve also recruited, onboarded, and coached agents, strengthening operational consistency through pipeline reviews, training, and performance huddles—so teams consistently deliver measurable results.
