At Strategic Connections, I serve as the primary internal AI and automation resource, working with department leaders to design secure, maintainable systems. I built a multi-stage project tracking system for field technicians that automated intake, validation, approvals, and live updates, eliminating 12+ hours of manual coordination each week.
I developed a locally hosted AI assistant using Qwen3 14B, RAG, and custom data-query tools so project-management users could ask natural-language questions about tracker data while sensitive information stayed on local infrastructure.
I also deployed a desktop search application for 400,000+ active and historical project files, cutting searches from hours to seconds or minutes. A production desktop newsletter application reduced a monthly process to roughly two hours and added reusable issues, live preview, and PDF export.
