I’m an IT Support & Operations Specialist with 10+ years’ experience delivering reliable telecom operations across IT support, Telecom Operations, and OCS (Online Charging System) support. I’m known for troubleshooting complex issues quickly while keeping customer-impact operations stable and compliant with SLA expectations.

In my recent role as Voice/Data & Roaming Lead/OCS Support (Orange Sierra Leone-Networks, 2022–2025), I led roaming operations including partner onboarding, QoS testing, and day-to-day management of roaming tools (SoR, BRG, SS7, LTE MoRe). I handled incident resolution for voice/data/roaming outages and improved SLA response times through structured investigation and coordination.

I also strengthened billing and revenue assurance by performing daily OCS monitoring, investigating failed transactions and charging discrepancies using SQL and OCS logs, and reducing escalations. I supported tariff and bundle configuration updates with SoapUI in collaboration with Huawei teams, and delivered weekly/monthly KPIs with 95% accuracy.

Earlier, as an IT Application Officer (Orange Sierra Leone-IT Department, 2020–2022), I supported billing and revenue management systems, ensured timely CDR collection, monitored application health, and resolved production incidents. I bring a hands-on foundation from network/ISP engineering and IT technician work, supported by certifications including CompTIA A+ and N+ and Microsoft IT Professional training.
