What I'm looking for

There's work & there's one's life's work.

The kind of work that has my fingerprints all over it. The kind of work that I'd never compromise on. That I'd sacrifice a weekend for. I want to do that kind of work in a company that creates impact. I've not come here to play it safe. I came here to swim in the deep end. I want my work to add up to something. Something big, Something that creates impact.

We all have a strength or two in life & I suppose mine is to take a lump of unorganized data, see patterns & extract order from the mess i.e. to go from chaos to concept.
For the past 6 months, I’ve been working at Y-combinator backed startup which provides tools & consultancy to content creators to help them grow their businesses online. I’ve learned a lot of things about micro-entrepreneurship, growth strategies, Business Analytics, & marketing here, all of which will play a crucial role in my journey ahead. I was a part of the growth team, under Customer Success Team, where besides doing the regular CSM work, my job was to identify key economic growth levers by analyzing revenue data & helping the clients to execute those inputs.
