I bring hotel industry experience and call center performance with more than 10 years in roles as Wedding Coordinator and Sales Support. I’m known for manage creative teams and leading strategy to enable organization-wide success, while keeping events and customer outcomes on track.

As a Wedding Coordinator at Dreams Punta Cana (March 2019 – June 2011), I handled complete realization of weddings at the hotel—preparing wedding packages, selling them, managing the budget, and overseeing the buffet so the event goes without any complaint. In sales and retention roles—Sales Support at Alorica (July 2011 – November 2017) and Sales – Retention at Advensus (January 2018 – May 2021)—I finished sales of Directv campaigns, closed contracts, and retained customers, as well as selling products for Global Industrial campaign.
