I’m seeking a remote Customer Support role.

At Hotel W Punta Cana, I worked as an Entertainer and interim entertainment Supervisor, handling guest complaints and conflicts in real time while serving as a liaison between guests and management.

I was promoted to interim supervisor in recognition of my performance and leadership. Alongside my entertainment duties, I led a team of 5–8 entertainers and managed daily schedules.
