What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in talent acquisition and human resources roles where I can lead full-cycle hiring, partner with stakeholders, strengthen employer branding, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

I've supported talent acquisition in Bolivia's banking and healthcare sectors, most recently at Banco de Crédito de Bolivia S.A. (BCP), where I managed full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units.

I partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, source through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal talent pools, and coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, references, and onboarding. I've also supported internal mobility, probation follow-up, university partnerships, career fairs, and employer-branding events.
