I am a motivated and ambitious individual currently working as a Customer Service Advisor at Sigma Connected SA. My role involves assisting in the duties of a remote metering specialist and managing team emails as a bucket captain. I pride myself on my ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges, which has allowed me to develop a wealth of product knowledge.

Prior to my current position, I worked at Silverbirch Kitchens for seven years, where I undertook various general work duties, including cleaning, painting, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of cupboards. My experiences have equipped me with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in pressurized situations, making me a valuable team player.
