My journey began as a shop assistant at Pick n Pay, where I developed a strong foundation in customer interaction and merchandising.

My experience further expanded at Uniplate Group, where I served as a Customer Service Receptionist. In this role, I was responsible for managing switchboard operations, processing payments, and following up on drivers, which enhanced my organizational skills and attention to detail.
