I’m an experienced Accounts Receivable and Collections professional with a strong background in managing high-volume customer portfolios, collections, billing, account reconciliations, cash application, payment processing, and resolving complex account discrepancies.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong relationships with customers and internal teams while maintaining a consistent focus on reducing outstanding balances, resolving payment issues, and improving overall cash flow. I’m comfortable researching account discrepancies, managing aging reports, following up on past-due balances, handling billing issues, and working across departments to reach timely resolutions.

I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. I also enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes and make AR and collections workflows more efficient.

I’m currently interested in remote opportunities in Senior Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Credit & Collections, Receivables, and Order-to-Cash roles where I can contribute my experience while continuing to grow professionally.
