I'm supporting ULTRA Group’s corporate IT environment through Engemon IT, providing on-site and remote infrastructure, network, endpoint, identity, and security support across multiple sites. I use Active Directory, CA Identity Portal, ARS, Zscaler, CrowdStrike Falcon, ServiceNow, Zabbix, Azure Portal, SCCM, GLPI, and Microsoft 365 to resolve incidents and manage users, access, MFA, security logs, and endpoints.
Over more than five years in technical support, I’ve worked across field service and remote support, diagnosing hardware and software issues while maintaining reliable business environments. I’m continuing to build my cloud, DevOps, and information-security knowledge through studies in Systems Analysis and Development and DevOps and Cloud Architecture.
