I've supported TN CyberTech Bank's digital banking operations since 2015, helping deliver customer-focused financial solutions, agent banking services, and payment platform improvements.

As an Agent Banking Officer, I managed agent onboarding, KYC requirements, portal setup and activation, and prepaid VISA card activations and deposits. I also coordinated with nationwide agents, business teams, and technology teams to resolve transaction and service issues.

On the Banking Transformation Project, I defined business requirements and functional specifications for digital banking and payment solutions. I coordinated UAT through test-case development, defect logging, validation, and implementation support.

I've contributed to the automated Agent Banking Portal, Kashagi Wallet features including instant card activation, the Temenos R19 core banking reimplementation, and the Agent Banking POS solution. I bring practical experience in transaction processing, reconciliations, operational reporting, and regulated financial-services environments.
