Managed issuing and acquiring products across Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and proprietary card programmes, with responsibility for portfolio analytics, pricing optimisation, product development, and scheme management. Played a leading role in launching Zimbabwe's first e-commerce acquiring platform.

Managed card issuing operations, fraud monitoring, and dispute management across member banks and payment scheme participants. Coordinated with member banks, merchants, and international payment schemes including Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay.

Conducted transaction-level analysis to identify fraud patterns and emerging payment risks across card and digital payment channels. Investigated card fraud and operational incidents, produced fraud reporting, and supported operational risk management.
