I am a results-driven banking professional with five years of progressive experience in international payments, trade finance instruments, and regulatory compliance. I have managed end-to-end international payment operations, including SWIFT transactions, letters of credit, documentary collections, and supply chain financing.
In my current role as International Banking and Trade Operations Manager at TN Cybertech Bank (formerly Steward Bank), I led the ISO 20022 implementation on CBPR+ and SADC RTGS and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. I also train staff on trade finance and international banking products.
Previously I served as Assistant Manager Exchange Control and International Payments Officer, where I developed exchange control policies, monitored compliance, prepared regulator submissions (RBZ), and automated reminders for import/export acquittals.
