I'm seeking opportunities to apply my operations background to emergency management, health and safety, resilience, compliance, and organizational continuity initiatives.

I've led complex operations across WhiteHawk, Gates Hudson, and real estate organizations, managing budgets, vendor relationships, compliance, and stakeholder coordination in highly regulated environments.

At Gates Hudson, I managed eight condominium associations with more than 500 units, supervised 25 employees, oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets, negotiated contracts, and coordinated emergency response. I'm building on this operational background through graduate study and FEMA training in emergency management, preparedness, risk management, resilience, and continuity.
