I am an MBA-educated business, real estate, and operations professional with extensive senior-level experience leading people, projects, transactions, and business operations. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, with a background spanning real estate brokerage and development, housing and community development, asset and property management, project management, contracts, legal support, mortgage servicing and loss mitigation, and business operations.
Throughout my career, I have managed complex real estate transactions and projects, led an organization of more than 130 real estate professionals, and participated in more than $800 million in real estate transactions. My experience includes acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, contract negotiation and administration, renovation and construction oversight, permitting and inspections, vendor and contractor management, budgeting, compliance, title and settlement matters, client relations, and coordination with government agencies, attorneys, lenders, developers, investors, homeowners, and other stakeholders.
