At Targfit Experiential Limited, I respond to client inquiries and complaints by phone, email, and WhatsApp, resolving 20+ inquiries weekly and around 10 complaints monthly.
I serve as the primary point of contact for 15+ client accounts, including Indomie, Power Oil, PZ Cussons, Nigerian Breweries, and Guinness. These clients return for repeat or new orders.
For Power Oil, I stayed with a bulk-order shirt colour-matching issue until the sample was approved. I also supported Guinness through a week of sample and correction rounds to final sign-off.
Previously, as a Marketing Analyst Intern at Targfit, I analyzed client feedback and behavior data and tracked service metrics in Excel and Power BI dashboards. I’m keen to broaden my experience in a dedicated customer service role and am available for night shifts from 12 AM to 3 AM.
