I’m seeking a Customer Service Assistant position where I can deliver friendly, reliable service, support daily operations, and handle cash accurately, while growing through teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on learning.

I’m a motivated, hardworking professional with a Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2023–2025) and hands-on experience in customer-facing and support roles. In my steward positions, I provided customer service in fast-paced environments, assisted customers professionally, and maintained cleanliness and order while supporting daily operations.

I also worked as a Packaging Assistant, where I packaged products accurately, ensured quality control, and met production targets. Through my workshop volunteer experience, I supported technicians with equipment handling, followed safety guidelines, and helped with maintenance tasks—so I’m comfortable working under minimal supervision, learning quickly, and solving problems with a team mindset.
