Previously, I handled shipment tracking, delivery concerns, and service requests as a Customer Service Representative, strengthening my active listening, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and customer engagement skills.

I'm motivated to bring my customer communication and case-management experience to an internal sales and appointment-setting environment. My experience as a biology instructor's scientific assistant also taught me to explain complex information clearly and produce accurate professional materials.
