I'm currently the primary onsite technical resource at Layer Cake Technologies for a multi-company manufacturing client across five facilities, supporting 200+ users and 46 Windows servers. I administer hybrid Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers, VPNs, Citrix, networking, printers, and applications while resolving approximately 500 incidents and requests each month.

I turn recurring support issues into documented workflows, standardized fixes, and automation opportunities. I've deployed PowerShell automation through Datto RMM, upgraded 178 endpoints to Windows 11, and completed onsite work for a major network cutover within a 55-hour downtime window.

Earlier, I led and trained support specialists at Spectrum, supported ERP rollout and IT operations at Chemisphere Corporation, and combined systems administration with business operations at Express Chem. I also build AI-assisted prototypes and internal tools using Python, JavaScript, Flask, Node.js, C#, and API integrations.
