I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use empathy and problem-solving to retain customers, handle inbound requests, and support growth through informed product guidance, clear communication, and ownership of account improvements.

I’m a customer care and customer service professional with close to 6 years of experience, focused on solving problems and turning every interaction into profit and value for both customers and the organization. I build trust for the brands I work for through empathy, effective communication, and strong people skills.

At Balance of Nature (USA, Remote), I update customer accounts (address and payment information) and manage subscriptions while handling inbound customer calls and, at times, outbound calls to check on customers and share information. I also collect customer success stories and support consistent product use through offers like discounts and “shorter hold periods (saves).”

Previously at Calls Experts (USA, Remote), I served as a Qualifier/Customer Service Rep by asking qualification questions from a script to qualify leads for life insurance policies. I handled inbound requests for existing customers and grew sales through a warm, friendly phone presence while promoting company products on all calls.

Earlier, with BEDCElectricity (Nigeria, Remote), I resolved customer complaints by suggesting premium packages with better benefits and promoted sales through reminder calls.
