At YNAP, I administer Azure AD, MFA, Group Policy, and DLP/GDPR controls across multiple domains, securing access for approximately 1,000 users. I also lead a five-person U.S. support team and serve as a ServiceNow escalation point.
I've driven a Windows 11 migration across 400+ machines, managed SCCM, Jamf, and Intune deployments, and improved iOS/Android MDM provisioning consistency by 30%. My work includes endpoint security, asset data cleanup, infrastructure relocation, data center operations, and 20+ SOPs that align U.S. support with UK and Italy teams.
I'm building hands-on Entra ID and Azure PIM labs around Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, privileged access, Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, KQL, and access reviews. I'm targeting a dedicated, fully remote IAM role.
