I am a Help Desk Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience providing technical assistance and support in fast-paced environments. I excel at troubleshooting software issues, managing service requests, and delivering clear guidance to non-technical users.

At CEC Entertainment and Jacqueline A. Scott & Associates, I maintained ticketing systems (ManageEngine, Zendesk), documented solutions, and escalated bugs through JIRA to ensure timely fixes.
