I run 100perScent, a client-facing luxury fragrance decant brand, where I’m the first point of contact across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. I follow up on leads, resolve customer inquiries, and guide prospects through to purchase while coordinating delivery with partners like GIG Logistics and DHL Nigeria.
I also track feedback and recurring questions to refine product offerings, messaging, and response processes. Alongside this, I built business systems like a product catalogue, order tracking, and a content calendar in Bumpa and Google Workspace, and I completed the ALX Africa Virtual Assistant Programme.
