I'm seeking an internship in virtual assistance, administrative support, customer service, operations, or project coordination, where I can contribute reliably while developing experience in a professional team.

In my self-managed business, I handle customer enquiries by phone and chat, share product information, and respond to concerns. I also follow up on orders and communicate delivery updates.

I maintain enquiry, order, and follow-up records in Google Sheets. Through reliable service, I work to maintain customer satisfaction and build repeat patronage.

At the ALX Virtual Assistant Program, I completed practical exercises in calendar scheduling, inbox triage, meeting notes, and action-item tracking. I also practised lead and client research, summary writing, and accuracy checks across simulated projects.
