What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role where I can support leadership, strengthen operations, manage communications and workflows, and keep priorities, deadlines, and projects moving across time zones.

At Deal Dispatch, LLC, I owned end-to-end operations and acquisitions for a U.S. real estate wholesaling business across Texas, Georgia, and Florida. I coordinated deals from first contact through closing as the point of contact for owners, title companies, buyers, sellers, and disposition partners.

I build organized workflows in Asana, manage communications and follow-ups, prepare contracts and pipeline reports, and run comps and ARV analysis to support accurate offers. I also train acquisitions agents on processes, contract handling, objection responses, and CRM hygiene.

My banking, finance, and customer-service background has shaped a careful, client-first approach to confidential information, compliance, and operational accuracy. I use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AI tools under human review to keep work moving reliably across time zones.
