What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve IT service delivery through SaaS deployment, workflow automation, clear documentation, and cross-functional process improvement.

At Mozilla, I led end-to-end internal IT projects, deployed SaaS applications, automated routine procedures, and created documentation and training materials that improved service delivery. I also helped reduce tech debt through GAM automation, deployed three enterprise applications, and supported Slack’s upgrade to Enterprise Grid.

Across enterprise application management, service desk, and Google Workspace support roles, I’ve administered Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, LDAP, Duo, 1Password, and Office 365. I enjoy translating business requirements into technical solutions, partnering with HR, Security, Legal, SRE, and Network Operations, and making processes easier for teams to use.
