What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in Customer Success, Application Support, Software Implementation, or IT Project Management.

At MEWA Textil-Service SE & Co., I led the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT application and billing projects. I worked with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

I managed project planning, documentation, reporting, and task tracking using Jira and Confluence, while monitoring progress, budgets, and risks.
