What I'm looking for

I’m looking to jump on board and learn, using my communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to support safe coordination, accurate data, and compassionate care—while contributing immediately and adapting quickly to new responsibilities.

I’m a dispatcher with hands-on experience coordinating medical and emergency-related transportation, keeping operations accurate, and maintaining calm communication during high-pressure situations. I’m known for being reliable, adaptable, and able to quickly learn new tasks and environments.

In healthcare transportation roles, I dispatched and coordinated drivers for VA medical transportation routes, verified trip details and appointment times, and maintained accurate trip logs and dispatch records. I monitored trips to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs, handled last-minute changes and disruptions, and supported veterans, drivers, and VA staff with strong customer service.

I also bring patient-centered experience from my work as a Psychiatric Technician and in mental health administrative support. I provided supportive encouragement, taught coping skills, assisted patients with meals, helped ensure medication administration, and supported nurses and social workers with coordinated care plans and discharge planning.
