I am an empathetic, detail-oriented healthcare professional with over six years of patient-care experience who has transitioned into IT support and CRM setup. I combine strong communication, documentation, and confidentiality skills from clinical practice with recent technical training including the Google IT Support Certificate

As a Registered Nurse and Midwife I used EMR daily, trained staff, and troubleshot equipment; as an IT Support and CRM intern I logged tickets, assisted with Freshdesk/HubSpot data cleanup, and practiced remote desktop troubleshooting and self-hosted Freshdesk setup.
