I support clients through travel research, itinerary coordination, reservations, and clear customer communication. I’m pursuing a remote Travel Consultant opportunity where I can help create accurate, well-organized travel experiences.

As a freelance Virtual Assistant on Upwork and Fiverr, I communicate with clients, research information from multiple sources, organize documents, and deliver administrative support independently. I also handle data entry, web research, lead generation, proofreading, and content-related tasks while meeting deadlines.

In a supermarket customer service role, I assisted customers with inquiries, shared product and service information, resolved issues, and managed multiple requests in a busy environment. This strengthened my patience, problem-solving, and ability to maintain a welcoming client experience.

My research work at Kenyatta University built my ability to gather, document, and organize accurate information using digital tools. I’m quick to learn travel booking systems and GDS platforms, and I’m committed to supporting clients with thoughtful, reliable travel planning.
