I'm seeking a remote Travel Consultant opportunity where I can support travel planning, itinerary coordination, reservations, destination research, and customer service while learning travel booking systems and GDS platforms.

I've supported clients through freelance virtual assistance on Upwork and Fiverr since 2022, handling online research, data entry, lead generation, documentation, and clear digital communication.

My customer service work in a busy supermarket strengthened my ability to resolve inquiries professionally, while my research assistant experience at Kenyatta University built my accuracy with information, reports, and deadlines. I'm now focused on bringing these transferable skills to travel planning, holiday packages, flight and hotel reservations, destination research, and customer travel support.
