At rpc - The Retail Performance Company (BMW Group & H&Z), I partner with business leaders and stakeholders across Europe and the Middle East on HR and talent projects. I lead end-to-end talent acquisition projects for mid-to-senior and leadership roles across Iberia, from role definition through onboarding.
I also design and deliver coaching and development programs for BMW Middle East dealership teams, and support employee lifecycle processes and people initiatives beyond recruitment. My earlier work as a Clinical Psychologist at OSDE and other Argentina-based organizations involved working with individuals and multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
