I’m a communication and engagement leader with 9+ years of experience helping international teams stay aligned through fast-moving change.

Most recently, as Head of CRM at NOK Limited (Malta), I worked alongside fellow department heads in Product, Tech, Compliance and Customer Service to lead the transition of multi-market operations into Brazil’s newly regulated framework. Developed cross-functional communication practices that kept all teams aligned and minimized disruption for customers. I also led our global CRM and experience strategies, coached a team of 10, and supported recruitment as the department scaled and operations changed.

Before that, as Head of CRM at Matchserv Solutions (Curaçao), I partnered with Product, Tech, BI, Compliance and senior leadership to align priorities and coordinate execution across 7 LATAM markets, while building lifecycle strategies for onboarding, retention and reactivation and improving automation and performance through data. Earlier in my career, I steered a market certification process in Colombia, designing new team structures, workflows and communication plans to meet regulatory requirements.

I’m now looking for roles in internal communications, employee engagement or CRM and lifecycle strategy. I’m continuing to study neuroscience-informed leadership, behavioral economics and experience management. Based in Europe (EU national). Spanish native, Full Professional Proficiency English.
