What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or people operations role where I can partner with leaders, strengthen recruitment and employee experience, and apply my cross-cultural experience in an international workplace.

I'm an HR Generalist with 18+ years of experience across IT, retail, manufacturing, education, and international workplaces in India and Europe.

As a Freelance HR Consultant, I've managed end-to-end recruitment for IT, engineering, finance, banking, and infrastructure clients—from job analysis and sourcing through competency-based interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

At ABG Cement, I led talent acquisition, supported SAP HR implementation, introduced the organisation's first structured exit-interview process, and contributed to HR policy and employee-engagement programmes. At @home – Nilkamal, I managed HR operations across 10 retail stores, including recruitment, performance tools, engagement surveys, rewards, training, and compensation cycles.

I'm currently based in Oslo and bring practical experience of Norwegian workplace culture alongside cross-cultural people-management experience from India, the Netherlands, and Norway.
