Melusi Nyoka

I’m an Improvement Architect (IA) dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences that help people grow and contribute. I curate and share content that supports leadership and personal development, and I design online learning tests to improve engagement and knowledge retention.

In my current role, I build and nurture a global leadership community through the platform and social media. I also recruit leaders and sponsors to expand participation, and I strengthen collaboration by developing relationships with contributors.

Before this, I built client-facing expertise as a Salesperson, selling products to new and existing clients and presenting formal tastings. I managed daily cash-ups, processed and followed up on orders, and handled customer queries related to bookings and orders.

Earlier, I served as a missionary, focusing on recruitment, stakeholder management, and driving members across provinces. I also handled operational responsibilities like ordering missionary supplies and completing weekly inventory across different apartments.
