What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote, hybrid, evening, or weekend IT support work. I'm available immediately.

At Emmanuel Finance, I supported clients of a digital loan platform by phone and email, resolving around 20 tickets a day. I helped with login, account-access, connectivity, and website issues.

I guided clients through loan applications and document submissions on Quin Pay, and used NuPay to sign contracts, create orders, and adjust collection dates. I logged cases with their symptoms, steps taken, and outcomes, and escalated issues with clear documentation.

I also supported the company website with content updates and basic troubleshooting. Before that, at FAE Holdings, I handled customer enquiries and service issues and followed cases through to resolution.

I'm completing a BSc in Computer Science at University of the People after earning an Associate Degree in Computer Science in April 2026. I’ve also built and deployed a responsive booking website using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git/GitHub.
