Since December 2021, I've worked as Technical Support Staff at Teneo Education, supporting users with technical issues in an online education environment.
My work includes Tier 1 support, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical assistance. I use Freshdesk, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Zoom in this work.
Alongside my professional experience, I've completed training in IT fundamentals, CompTIA A+, Python, and web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
I'm continuing to build my knowledge of networking and cybersecurity. I enjoy investigating problems and helping people understand technical solutions, and I'm interested in fully remote opportunities with international teams in IT support, service desk operations, or technical customer support.
