What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue resolving technical issues in a remote support environment, using troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

I've provided first-line remote technical support at OES (formerly Construct Education), resolving application, browser, user account, Windows, and web-based application issues through phone, email, and live chat. I investigate incidents, document troubleshooting clearly, escalate complex cases, and maintain SLA targets and customer satisfaction.

I'm also the founder and part-time IT Consultant at Pistis Technologies, where I deliver technical solutions for small businesses, maintain websites and hosting infrastructure, and provide ongoing client support. My Diploma in IT: Software Development supports my work across web applications, databases, software systems, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
