What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a HealthTech, InsurTech, or technology-enabled role where I can improve customer adoption, translate complex workflows, strengthen service operations, and grow in strategic account ownership, AI-assisted customer intelligence, and scalable enablement.

At Authentic Insurance, I lead customer service operations for small-business and commercial-lines customers, supporting coverage, billing, audits, endorsements, escalations, training, and knowledge workflows. I was promoted into customer-service leadership within a year as the startup expanded into a managing general agency.

I've led EZLynx and electronic medical record implementations, trained teams through workflow change, and built practical resources that improve adoption. My background spans insurance, healthcare, and financial services, with a focus on translating complex requirements into clear customer and team experiences.
