I'm seeking a technology-focused Health IT, EHR implementation, or clinical systems role where I can use clinical expertise and systems fluency to improve compliant workflows and deliver measurable operational outcomes.

I've spent 10+ years connecting clinical workflows with technology systems, most recently managing operations and data systems at Novo Nordisk. I build KPI reporting, maintain production and inventory data, and lead process improvements under GMP/GxP requirements.

At Davis Eye Institute and Clariti Advanced Vision Correction, I administered EHR operations across two sites and independently implemented Nextech EMR for a greenfield practice. I led configuration, workflow design, data-migration planning, staff onboarding, and ongoing system optimization.

My ophthalmology background includes a decade at The Eye Center of Southern Indiana, where I maintained HIPAA-compliant EHR records, improved clinical workflows, and supported patient throughput. I've also managed claims, payment posting, authorizations, billing counseling, and reimbursement coordination across major payers.
