As a member of the Production Support Team for the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department, I consulted with the agency to understand their business needs and address their pain points in their tax administration software application. I collaborated remotely across time zones and cultures to design, configure and implement client-specific functionality to meet their unique requirements.

I optimized and redesigned the model for user access and role permissions during a system upgrade for the state’s Unemployment Insurance Agency.

During the Inland Revenue’s multi-year Business Transformation project, I was responsible for designing, implementing, coordinating the rollout of and supporting 5k user access levels and system permissions across over 200 roles.
