I currently support survivors of torture through community-based case management, linking clients to healthcare, benefits, housing, transit, supported employment, and peer-directed programs.

At Family Health Centers of San Diego, I managed a diverse caseload of more than 200 clients and delivered telehealth and in-person behavioral health support. My client engagement and follow-up efforts contributed to a 90% treatment retention rate and helped 92% of clients meet treatment objectives at discharge.

I coordinate care across clients, families, healthcare providers, social services, and multidisciplinary teams. I also provide crisis management, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.

Previously at Catholic Charities, I supported clients with mental health and developmental disorders through assessments, interventions, family support, and resource referrals. I bring bilingual English-Spanish communication, client advocacy, and a practical commitment to improving access to care.
