I've spent over a decade supporting clients in mental and behavioral health settings, helping individuals and families access compassionate care, complete services, and work toward their goals.

At OHSU/Doernbecher Children's Hospital, I worked with children with complex medical needs and their families to address social drivers of health, improve medical adherence, coordinate with care teams and insurers, and connect families to community resources. I documented services in Epic and ActivateCare.

At Intermountain Centers-Pinal Hispanic Council, I conducted intakes, annual assessments, service-plan updates, SMI and SED evaluations, and DSM-5 diagnoses. I used screening tools including PHQ-9, GAD-7, Prepare, Audit-C, DAST, and CALOCUS, while charting member progress in NexGen EHR.

My background also includes facilitating court- and MVD-required psychoeducation groups, supporting youth in residential treatment, crisis stabilization, safety compliance, customer service, inventory, order processing, and appointment scheduling. I bring organized documentation, client advocacy, and a commitment to treating every client, customer, and patient with respect and hospitality.
