I'm looking to lead asset performance, portfolio operations, revenue strategy, and capital planning for multifamily or mixed-use real estate, partnering closely with ownership to improve NOI, occupancy, and long-term asset value.

At Oxford Development Company, I lead asset performance, financial oversight, and portfolio operations for a diversified 1.8M+ square-foot, 750+ unit portfolio spanning multifamily, student housing, mixed-use commercial, and affordable housing.

I translate ownership objectives into business plans, operating and capital budgets, reforecasts, variance analysis, and investor-grade reporting. I also lead pricing strategy through RealPage Revenue Manager and YieldStar, using market and internal data to protect net effective rent and recover occupancy during challenging leasing periods.

I build accountability across leasing, maintenance, accounting, administration, and third-party management teams. My work includes capital planning, LIHTC compliance, new-construction lease-ups, and a 10-part SOP framework that strengthened property-management processes across the portfolio.
