I'm currently overseeing day-to-day operations and financial performance for a multifamily property at West-Shore Property Management, managing occupancy, renewals, collections, expenses, vendors, maintenance, capital projects, and asset performance.

Previously, at Muinzer Management / Asset Living, I led portfolio-level operational and systems optimization across a 1,356-bed portfolio. I partnered with marketing, revenue management, and leadership teams to improve reporting, standardize workflows, support asset transitions, and evaluate tools including Entrata and EliseAI.

Across Independence Realty Trust, Trilogy Real Estate Group, and Third Group Properties, I've built SOPs, dashboards, training materials, and system workflows that improve data accuracy and operational consistency. I also led a five-person leasing team and achieved 95–100% pre-lease occupancy over five consecutive years through data-driven leasing and marketing strategies.
