I am a hospitality professional with experience across distribution management, guest services, and administrative coordination. I have worked with hotel portfolios across Australia and New Zealand and supported front-of-house operations to deliver excellent guest experiences.

At EVT Ltd I managed hotel information and rates for around 70 properties, collaborated with Sales, Revenue and Marketing teams, and supported hotels with rate configuration across multiple distribution systems and PMS. I delivered clear, cohesive property data and helped implement quarterly promotions.

In guest-facing roles I attended to customer needs from pre-arrival through post-stay, coordinated with departments to exceed satisfaction, and maintained customer profiles to personalize future stays. In administrative positions I managed social media, arranged services and promotions, and documented project progress for public works initiatives.
