What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an application, ERP, CRM, or business support role where I can investigate complex issues, collaborate with technical teams, deliver strong customer outcomes, and continue developing my business analysis skills.

I've provided Tier 2 support for ERP One and KCS software at Kerridge Commercial Systems, investigating application issues and helping customers reach effective resolutions.

I troubleshoot and replicate defects across customer environments, perform testing on test systems, and document technical findings to support root-cause investigations and software-fix validation.

I manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through Jira and Cherwell while working closely with development, technical support, and internal teams. I communicate technical guidance clearly to non-technical customers and keep cases moving within SLA requirements.

My earlier customer-facing roles at Old Mutual Life Assurance Company and Nextcall SA strengthened my needs analysis, relationship management, case handling, and problem-solving skills. I'm proud to have received Kerridge Commercial Systems' Best Newcomer Award, been promoted to Support Analyst, and supported intern mentoring and onboarding.
