What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage patient or customer communication end-to-end, use CRM to keep accurate records, and coordinate case updates. I want a team that values confidentiality, follow-ups, and clear scheduling.

I’m a Customer Service Representative with experience in patient communication and payments management. I’m dynamic and accustomed to teamwork, and I’m committed to doing my work in the best way—I learn quickly and keep a responsible, orderly approach.

At International Staffing Solutions (2024 - 2026), I conducted patient intakes and collected accurate patient information for personal injury and workers’ compensation cases at CEDA Orthopedic Group. I managed inbound and outbound communications with patients, attorneys, insurances, and internal departments, while scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.

I also followed up on leads received through phone calls, WhatsApp, text messages, and other communication channels. Using CRM systems, I maintained and updated patient records with data accuracy and confidentiality, coordinated communication between departments, and documented interactions and case updates according to company procedures and service standards.

Previously, at Buwelo BPO Solutions (2021 - 2024), I worked as a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider contact, making around 80 to 100 outbound and 35 to 49 inbound calls daily for intakes and monthly orders.
