I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer service operations, handle online order support, and resolve concerns calmly in a fast-paced environment—using strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to train and support a team.

I’m an experienced Customer Service Manager with a strong background in retail and healthcare. I supervise customer service operations, assist customers with issues and returns, and resolve complaints professionally to improve customer satisfaction.

I also support online order services, including pickup and delivery, and train team members to provide excellent service. Before that, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where I provided direct patient care and communicated quickly and clearly with patients, families, and medical staff.
